1. Service Availability

We provide balloon decoration services in selected areas (currently Noida and Delhi NCR). All bookings are subject to availability, date confirmation, and advance payment.

2. Booking & Payment

• A minimum advance of 50% is required to confirm your booking.

• The remaining payment is to be made on the day of the event before or immediately after setup.

• Payments can be made via UPI, bank transfer, or other agreed modes.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Cancellations made 48 hours prior to the event are eligible for a 50% refund of the advance.

• Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable due to resource planning and material costs.

• In case of unavoidable events like rain at outdoor venues, rescheduling can be discussed.

4. Decor Setup

• Our decorations are balloon-based only. We do not provide LED numbers, heavy props, gas balloons, or other third-party decor items.

• Setup duration and logistics will be communicated in advance. Please ensure access to the venue at the decided time.

5. Client Responsibilities

• The client must ensure proper permissions and access to the venue for setup.

• Any damage to decoration after setup (by guests or external factors) is not our responsibility.

• For outdoor setups, please make necessary arrangements for rain cover, electricity (if needed), and safety.

6. Content Use & Promotion

We may click pictures/videos of the decoration setup for our portfolio and promotional use (website, social media, ads). If you do not wish to have your event setup featured, please inform us in writing in advance.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Continued use of our services implies your agreement with the latest version of the terms.
